The edge between the ocean and the land is a dynamic site, constantly moving and changing. With bigger storm surges and higher tides, even the slow time of erosion is now speeding up, evident through the clifftop walks and stairways that are being closed in our area. This edge is also where the invisible becomes visible, where I interface with the language of the ocean through its' daily deposits. The variety of sea weeds that appear are a constant source of inspiration.
